Aldesa Polska is a construction company fully owned by a Spanish Aldesa Group focusing on renewable energy sector as well as industrial construction projects, civil works and public building. Due to our fast growth we are looking for the best candidates to join our team. Duties: Monitoring the QA/QC of the projects in Poland, reporting to the general manager in Poland and the Corporate Department in Spain. Make internal inspections and audits in the projects to ensure the compliance with the quality plan Support of quality plans at the beginning of each project, collaborate in the drafting of procedures and programs of inspection points (PPIs). Make regular monitoring of quality plans. Collaborate in the establishment of objectives of the company, and its monitoring. Cooperation with managers and to advise on the quality, audit of the implementation of measures to correct the deviation in sites Perform training about quality in the projects to the employees if necessary. Coordinate and implement the quality management system, ensuring that operations in Poland to comply with the standards of the company and of Poland Requirements: Higher technical degree (engineer) in construction or industry Desirable postgraduate in quality Good knowledge of quality rules construction of Poland Good knowledge ISO 9001, PN-N At least 5 years experience of supervisor's QA/QC in constructions site, at least 3 years in industry or energy proyects. Ability to prepare reports and documents Ability to perform QA/QC Audits.
