About the Job You will be joining our expanding Talent Acquisition team, working as a Recruitment Team Leader. On a daily basis you will manage all aspects of a recruitment team, oriented to attract the best talent across the EMEA region. Your support, experience and people-oriented personality will help build a strong team so could achieve together you will achieve common goals. Here’s an idea of what you’ll be doing day-to-day: motivate, coach, manage and effectively support team members, meet business partners on a regular basis, help develop, drive, and execute the recruiting strategies, complete full life-cycle recruiting efforts for certain open requisitions, monitoring goals and performance of the team, influence stakeholders by well prepared expertize and data, About You You are an experienced recruitment passionate who has been leading teams in the corporate environment. You use your soft skills to motivate and manage people while keeping track of their performance and being their day to day support. You have strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers, and trends. At your work You keep yourself focused with strong attention to details and ability to multitask.
