In the prestigious 2014 IAOP Global Outsourcing ranking CBRE is on 3rd place among all outsourcing companies, being the undisputed number 1 for many years in the real estate industry. http://www.cbre.com Simply, join the Best For our Facility Management division with the office at Krakowiaków 50 in Warsaw, we are currently looking for a talented candidate for the position of: Risk & Compliance Cluster Manager Location: Warsaw Co-ordinate, manage and report on the SVRM programme, scheduling all Country SVRM reviews and subsequent remediation plans within region Act as Point of Contact with Client for your region and CBRE IT teams to capture and jointly build mitigation plans around IT risk Act as Point of Contact to Client for your region and CBRE Security teams to capture and jointly build mitigation plans around Physical and Cyber security risk Conduct monitoring and effectiveness testing of agreed Operational controls within region, for the TFM services provided by CBRE Act as point of contact for Client Risk team for your region, providing insight into legislative, regulatory and governmental changes that may cause risk to the Bank and work with them to create mitigation plans Provide input and support with the SOx Compliance requirements for the account, including but not limited to the SOC / ISAE3402 / SSAE18 Reporting deliverables Liaise with other Risk and Compliance professionals from CBRE to ensure capture of latest good practice and exchange of findings and ideas Provide monthly updates on all areas of Risk and Compliance for region for Account Leadership team advising: upcoming audits, completed audits, action plans advising of any inconsistencies in compliance mitigation, challenges Liaise with the operational teams in each Country to track and update the SVRM and other Risk action plans Act as the BCM coordinator for region and make sure all annual/bi-annual activities are completed on a timely basis Co-ordinate all Call Tree Tests, Business Impact Analysis, Business Recovery Solutions Test and BC Plans for region Track any policy changes within CBRE and log any revisions within the SVRM or our own account policies Ensure all Risk and Compliance deliverables are delivered to Client as per the schedule Contribute to Risk and Compliance Awareness programmes on the account Advanced in the Polish and English language - written and spoken At least 5 years of professional experience in a Risk and/or Compliance Management position, spanning multiple geographical locations Degree level or similar education in Finance/Risk Management Financial Services or high-Compliance industry background Demonstrable knowledge of SOX/ ISAE3402/ SSAE18/ Control Frameworks Commercially astute Strong attention to detail The confidence to challenge Team work skills and problem solving A “Can-do” attitude Client facing experience Ability to travel overseas as and when needed (travel is funded, as per Travel & Expense Policy) Contract of employment Great work atmosphere and working conditions Modern office and flexible working time Possibility to learn and grow further with CBRE GWS Be a part of interesting international project in dynamic fast growing company Necessary training Private medical care, co-participation in sport card and facilitation in life insurance
