Gathering business requirements for development of Robotics solutions in close cooperation with Business Process Owners and Business Process Experts. Coordinating Robotics development full lifecycle. Validating and evaluating business process candidates for automation. Organizing presentations for business users and taking responsibility for communication with stakeholders. Taking accountability for creating Process Definition Document (PDD). Taking responsibility for the Robotics solution delivery according to plan and RoCoE Standards. Explore new technologies and solutions for RPA. english fluency (advanced level), experience with business process automation, experience in creating visual mappings of business processes based on BPMN 2.0 notation, experience in working with projects based on Agile principles and daily work coordination, knowledge of ITIL principles, experience with process automation and calculation of total benefits due to Robotic solutions, ability to gather and understand business requirements and deliver them to developers in an appropriate form.
