What you will be doing in your job: Work in various projects in areas like BI, Robotic Process Automation, SAP, Business analyst and optimization and IT systems implementation for various clients and countries Analyse source data and data flows, working with structured and unstructured data Work in matrix organization Essential competencies/skills: Excel skills for Business Impact Modelling Visio skills process mapping Word/PowerPoint skills for general presentations and written work Fluent English and German Good working knowledge of: BMS methodology and templates UEM methodology and templates Agile methodology Previous experience in: Business analysis, modelling and optimization Requirements gathering, formal documentation and requirements management Facilitating client facing workshops Stakeholder management Process mapping Business impact modelling Additionally: Mobile internationally (50-80%) EU work permit is a must.
