Daily cooperation with stakeholders on different levels within the organisation to: define requirements, design, develop and evaluate learning sessions for Mercer’s Career employees Ensure our L&D website is maintained by working with the knowledge management team Produce monthly and quarterly reports and analysis for L&D globally Manage design and logistics of new hire virtual learning sessions and onboarding activity Manage learning technology and content using CareerLink / Workday / Brainshark / Adobe Act as the ‘go to’ person within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding L&D Preparation of L&D communications Apply critical thinking and share ideas for continuous innovation Strong interest and motivation to work in L&D Team Excellent organisational and planning skills Problem solving skills with the focus on offering new ideas Proactive, enthusiastic, creative and innovative approach to work Strong team working and communication skills Very good command of English language (spoken and written) Analytical approach and attention to detail Ability to take ownership Track record of self-development and transferrable skills Previous experience that makes ideal Candidate – but is not essential: L&D, business systems, analytics and/or knowledge management Self-directed working, dealing with ambiguity and making own decisions Working with a global team who are committed to developing colleagues Competitive salary based on employment contract Attractive benefits package (including private health care, sports card, life insurance, savings plan, lunch card, language courses) A-class office building facilities Flexible working arrangements Opportunity to develop your career
