Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Ensure sustainable and profitable market share and net sales growth in all wholesale channels through maximizing of adidas and Reebok share in eComm business. Accelerate sales through Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) platforms while driving the positioning of all adidas brands in line with the Europe Brand & Channel strategies. Analyze eComm sales and orderbook data for Sales and Marketing department purposes, drive conclusions and propose action steps. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement state of art presence of our brands on DPC accounts’ websites Develop & build a long term strategic partnerships with the winning DPC accounts to ensure implementation of our Digital strategy Maximize growth of our brands’ qualitative share in DPC platforms Consistently review and propose the upgrade of eComm websites in collaboration with our accounts [DPC projects, self initiative & best practices sharing] Cooperate with Marketing teams on increased adidas and Reebok brand presence in all eComm channels of our accounts with regards to communication and product presentation quality Monitor competitors activities within DPC environment and propose win-win action plans to increase our market shares Proactively analyze and report distribution incident in open e-marketplaces Take responsibility for preparation and delivery a mid-year and yearly online business plans for key DPC accounts (in line with East Europe Distribution Strategy and DPC objectives) Proactively track performance of selected key eComm accounts while anticipating and managing trends and changes in performance Successfully deliver the expectations of eComm compliance and eComm excellence in line with DPC projects and processes Translate Europe eComm strategies into the action by maintaining a network of all key stakeholders within that area in Europe East Continuously improve and develop processes to provide excellence in eComm service to DPC partners and efficiency across the organization Prepare e-commerce trade data on sales and orderbook, pre-order, re-order, category development for adidas and Reebok Sales and Marketing departments Be key contact person in EE and counterpart of Europe in terms of DPC Executing the Partner Program platform proposition in EE for respective accounts Key Relationships: Defined Retail Partners [wholesale partners operating e-commerce] DPC structures East Europe DTC [own retail e-commerce] East Europe Sales Teams East Europe Customer Service East Europe Sales Operations East Europe Omnichannel Department East Europe Brand Activation Departments [adidas & Reebok] East Europe CtC managers KPIs: E-commerce trade results of defined Digital Partners [our brands’ sales] Our brands’ qualitative share in the offer of defined Digital Partners Our brands’ share in “on site” communication within defined Digital Partners Number [%share] of websites compliant in full with adidas eComm policy Data and analysis requested by Sales and Marketing departments covered in 100% Implementation & support for DPC projects, processes & initiatives Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Proven eCommerce expertise and experience with a track record of successfully managing eComm business both in terms of Sales and Trade marketing Communication Be able to work in virtual teams High analytical skills for strategy development, business planning, decision planning Strong interpersonal skills - very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation skills and relationship management High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge (e.g. sales, retail, trade marketing, customer service, finance and controlling) Mental flexibility, initiative and determination, results oriented Fluent English is a must [written and spoken] Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University degree preferably in Business Functional: > 3 years’ e-commerce experience (experience in sales, marketing and / or consulting area) Industry: e-commerce, on-line stores, consumer driven, ideally apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG Exposure: sports/fashion/consumer goods Advanced Excel, Power Point, BO, Microstrategy
