And we always try to have some fun along the way As a Senior Market Analyst in our team you will be analyzing the external market for client needs, competitors, and opportunities for partnerships/acquisitions. You will need to provide data and insights to inform on strategic decisions – including where to focus sales efforts, which solutions require more/less support, and which innovations will drive future value for the company. Conducting research and speaking with experts to gather information on the external market Partnering with internal stakeholders Creating global/regional reports in Excel/PowerPoint, which will include both quantitative as well as qualitative commentary/analyses Cleaning up company’s data by reviewing both open and closed opportunities, following up with colleagues to update as needed Preparing reports for leadership meetings etc. You love working with data, and you’ve got some interest in talent management or HR. You’re a research whiz kid – the one your friends always go to when they want to know the answer to a difficult question… and you won’t stop till you find it. You’re great at collecting information from multiple sources to tell a story that’s compelling to your audience… And you’ve got a proven track record (at least 3 years) of expertly handling competing priorities and working independently, ideally with stakeholders from all around the world. Fluency in English (written and verbal) – is a must.
