If you find working with data analysis satisfying and you are passionate about detecting market trends & anticipating the future- this role may seems to be suitable for you: Currently we are looking for: S&I Manager (one year contract) ABOUT THE JOB: In this role you will be responsible for: Driving the market analytics roadmap under the directions of the Senior S&I Manager: - Co-creating and implement information system for marketing & sales teams, - Ensuring consistency with internal information system rules & right input to it, Designing and oversee continuous reporting, ensuring its added value for the business: - Managing market information – both on local market level, and input to reporting in region, - Providing the market information required by the business, ensuring it is accurate, timely, insightful and actionable Supporting market understanding & trends spotting: - Responsible for monthly full reporting inside the company for all the continuous data available (retails data, household panel) - Supporting local reviews on market, category, brands and competitor’s performance (integrating multisource data) Build relationships with key stakeholders and be source of effective challenge in the business: - Ensuring market insight is used sensibly in business decision-making - Acting as the reference point for advice on market information within category, continually building own levels of knowledge and raising the level generally within business ABOUT YOU: To achieve a success on this position you will need: Proven market & business analysis skills (min. 2 years of experience-research agency/client side experience would be advantage), Master degree in a field appropriate to the area of expertise (statistics / math, information systems, sociology, economy or similar), Proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel and Power Point), strong technical skills would be advantage, Knowledge of panel data & analyses- would be a plus, Proactive attitude, with ability to turn complex, ambiguous problems into simple solutions, Ability to connect inside and outside to build a strong network – be a real team player, Ability to work in multitask and international environment, To be independent and fact based, provide objective views of the business, To be fluent English (written and spoken).
