Later on, we work with development teams to build and to deliver solutions. What you’ll be doing: Define the high-level solution architecture for all Agile Release Trains within a Development Stream Support the shaping of Epics, as well as provide input into Capabilities and Features Ensure alignment with enterprise standards while collaborating with Product Teams to drive out architecturally significant decisions and advise on its implementation Cover Data Information and Security Architecture Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects and System Architects The role is based in Warsaw, Copenhagen, Warsaw or Helsinki. Your profile and background: Strong experience in solution architecture and technology Excellent communication skills Informal Leadership Collaboration skills and courage to challenge Modelling skills Good written and spoken English Agile way of working (SAFe) Passion, drive and ownership towards solution architecture and delivery Banking experience (inhouse or COTS product integrations) It would be beneficial if you are already familiar with areas such as savings and lending products, cards, open banking (APIs), cash management, account management, payments or internal/external reporting areas.
