Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office: Systems and Data Junior Analyst / Technical Support Team in Mobility The Systems and Data Junior Analyst will acquire basic knowledge on the in-house systems and tools used in Mobility and serve as a technical support for the team. The Junior Analyst will support senior colleagues in completing basic technical enquires, placing technical tickets and documenting technology related processes. One will support senior colleagues in driving innovations and improvements, including process automation and robotics projects. Support on the Mobility Team in terms of systems Completes large data-driven queries which require technical acumen Provides User Acceptance Testing support Develops understanding of all the Mobility systems Helps liaise with Information Technology colleagues on simple / medium complexity technical issues Supports senior colleagues in driving technical innovations and improvements to processes, including providing basic support in tasks related to automation and robotics MA or BA university degree in the field of technology, finance, economics, engineering or related field with data or systems focus; last year students welcome Up to 2 years’ of experience in a function requiring technical acumen Good command of English language; Polish is not required Attention to details, at ease with numbers Good working knowledge of VBA for Excel Knowledge of Python as a strong asset
