Louvre Hotels Group, 2nd player on European economical hotels market and 5th hospitality company in the world, is currently seeking ambitious and experienced people eager to continue development of their skills in hotel management for the position of: Central Reservation Advisor / Agent (F/M) (As soon as possible) Purpose: The Central Reservation Advisor is a major ambassador for Louvre Hotels Group. He/she always tries to meet and satisfy our clients requirements, by delivering the best suited answers, the most accurate information in a most courteous way. Mission: The Advisor’s mission consists in informing, promoting and selling the hotels – products and services of Louvre Hotels Group’s brands by phone and email. His / her high listening and questioning skills, and the quality of his customer relations does contribute to fidelize customers and to encourage them to book with confidence. Objectives: In charge of the Individual Reservations the Advisor welcomes all inbound calls and emails from the customers through Central Reservation phone numbers and Direct Hotels phone numbers. The objective is to optimise the performance according to the targets defined by the Central Reservation Manager : Conversion of calls or emails into bookings Quality of the phone and email interactions with customers Main Activities: 1. The Advisor welcomes requests from our individual clients: He/She answers to all inbound calls Handles incoming emails & faxes Makes outboung calls 2. The Advisor assists clients in: Managing their stay, modify, postpone, cancel a booking. Preparing their stay Booking their stay Other requests : administrative inquiries, claims etc. 3. By phone or email the Advisor: (booking requests, commercial information) Identifies customer needs Gathers relevant information Advises the client Makes the most appropriate offers : room types, packages, services Promotes the hotels according to the client’s needs Proposes alternative dates or hotels if necessary Gives accurate, clear and detailed information on rates, cancellation policy and guarantee methods Proposes to process the booking Manages objections in a professional manner Confirms the booking and informs the clients about the reception « confirmation letter » process Follow up on the proposals 4. The Advisor may assist the Reservation Manager in carrying out reservation controls or administrative tasks to guarantee quality & customer satisfaction as weel as to secure revenue 5. To perform his / her duties the Advisor follows Louvre Hotels Group Operational Standards: Customer relationship management Sales technics Use of Central Reservation System Use Phone & email systems Reservation department working procedures Communication skills: Willing to work in a team Provides assistance to coworkers Develops and maintains positive working relationship with others Supports team to reach common goals Informs on any abnormal situation i.e. system disruption etc. Makes suggestions for improvement Participates to meetings Additional requirements: 6 months of experience on similar position Fluent in English and Polish.
