Key Responsibilities of Reservations Manager: Manages, coaching and mentoring the reservations team members Maximises rooms revenue and guest satisfaction by managing enquiries and all booking channels Upholds a high level of regular, frequent, accurate and timely communication to all related departments regarding the rooms reservations function within the hotel Ensures active communication between the Meeting& Events team, Sales team and Front Office team of all reservations issues Delivers a pro-active sales culture within the office to ensure all budgeted revenues are achieved Follows-up with guests to determine satisfaction; measures results and supports strategies to improve the quality of the guest booking experience Ability to network with external partners regarding trends and developments in the market Competent in dealing with administration of deposits, payments, commissions and reporting functions We offer: Dynamic, inspiring international working environment Opportunities for personal and professional development with dynamic international hotel company within Poland and abroad Wide range of company development and training programs as per individual needs Full time employment contact Competitive package of benefits Career Path This position offers a possibility to continue development in the Revenue Management field within Radisson Hotel Group Pre requisites for the role: Proficient in all reservations procedures to be a resource when needed A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and to be able to demonstrate excellent standards and team member management Commercially aware and general business acumen Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail Strong working knowledge of Opera Property Management System Must be fluent in Polish and English
